For our Pamper Hampers, we offer Free Standard Delivery, either Australia-wide or to most major cities and surrounding suburbs, depending on the size of the gift. Express Delivery is also available Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout based on the delivery postcode.
Can I add a little extra to my gift?
Yes. You can personalise your order and make it uniquely yours with thoughtful finishing touches such as chocolates, candles and more.

Can I send a get well hamper to someone recovering at home?
Absolutely. In fact, many get well gifts are sent directly to someone’s home while they’re taking things easy after an illness, procedure or hospital stay. A hamper gives them something comforting to open and enjoy at their own pace, while letting them know you’re thinking of them even when you can’t be there in person.
Can you deliver a get well hamper directly to a hospital?
Yes, get well hampers can be delivered to many hospitals. Please provide the recipient’s full name, hospital name and any ward or room details available, and check that the hospital can accept deliveries before ordering.
Hospital deliveries can take a little longer to reach the recipient, as gifts are generally delivered to a central receiving area before being distributed internally to the appropriate ward and room. A courier may therefore show your gift as delivered before it has reached the patient. Hospital staff will pass gifts on as their duties allow, so please allow extra time for hospital deliveries, as a courier delivery confirmation means the gift has arrived at the hospital, but not necessarily that it has reached the recipient’s room.
